49 Ways to Write Yourself Well

Writer and life coach Jackee Holder is launching her third book, 49 Ways to Write Yourself Well. Published by Step Beach Press, the information and exercises featured will help readers build and maintain a regular writing practice to enhance their wellbeing and help them maintain a journal. Also included are the many values and benefits of writing uncovered by recent research, and how writing can help to boost mental health and wellbeing. Special guests include poet Malika Booker and Words of Colour Productions Joy Francis.
