Words of Colour Productions, in partnership with Time to Change and Stereohype, is taking part in the Bloomsbury Festival in a pop up village in Russell Square, London. Words of Colour will be running two events with a focus on mental wellbeing. Write yourself well with Jackee Holder, who will be drawing on her latest well received book 49 Ways to Write yourself Well: The science and wisdom of writing and journaling. This interactive seminar will help you to discover the different ways you can side step procrastination and confidently meet your writing goals. Writers on the Couch, chaired by Francis, executive director of Words of Colour, will interview three writers about their writing process: award winning writer Alex Wheatle MBE (Brixton Rock, Brenton Brown), writer and writing therapist Jackee Holder (Soul Purpose, 49 Ways to Write Yourself Well) and acclaimed new writer Irenosen Okojie who has been described as “unique and imaginative” by Orange Prize winner Diana Evans. Other events include films by Innva Vision Film School.

Directions: At Russell Square tube station, turn left onto Bernard Street. Walk to the first junction, which is Russell Square; cross the road and walk straight ahead.The square is on your left. Turn left when you get to the edge of the railings and walk straight ahead to the entrance which is on the opposite side of the Square. The Time to Change tents are numbers 10 and 11 and are left at the entrance.
