Author and founder/publisher of SABLE LitMag Kadija (George) Sesay celebrates her significant birthday and National Poetry Day with her first poetry collection, Irki, published by Peepal Tree Press. Guests are invited to share poetry, music, food and drink with other poetry lovers. The evening will be mc’d by Dorothea Smartt with readings by poets, including Malika Booker and Sai Murray.
